You Are Not Alone
Deuteronomy 31:6 says,
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified... for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.”

There’s something incredibly reassuring about knowing you're not in this by yourself. Life has a way of making us feel isolated — misunderstood, overlooked, or even abandoned. But the truth is: you’re not walking alone through this.

Even in this text, Moses is letting the Israelites know that they are about to lose him as their leader. Can you imagine getting comfortable with someone or something, then you find out that now you have to live without it?

This text let us know that you may be losing Moses, but you are not losing God. And it was God that was working through Moses that empowered you to make it this far. So, this means that even if Moses is gone, you still have God backing you up.

So, our perspective on losses must not be constantly on the loss; it must be on the presence of God. And His presence is still with you. If His presence is still with you, then your protection and provision is still with you. You will still win!

You are not fighting alone. You are not walking alone. You are not moving alone.
